Is there a payment plan?
Yes. The plan involves a downpayment and then five additional equal payments. However, the "payment in full" option is the best value.
Are meals included?
Yes. There will be a cook on site. However, you will also be able to cook in the fabulous kitchen.
Note: There are two restaurants on the premises. Although there will be a couple of excursions to restaurants, any additional restaurant costs are on you.
Do I have to arrange my flights?
Yes. You must arrange your flight to U.S. Virgin Islands. The retreat cost does not include your flight. Fly to the Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Please arrive by 5 PM. Plan your return on Friday, April 17 for after 12:30 PM. Once you make your flight arrangements, post them in the private Retreat Community. Consider purchasing travel insurance.
If I can’t attend, can I still use my payment toward something else?
Yes! While there are no refunds, your payment can absolutely be applied to a future retreat or another program offered by Dr. Paula C. Perez. We want you to receive the full value of your investment. (We also recommend securing travel insurance to protect your plans—see below for details.)
Are there excursions?
Yes. There will be two days when you will have an opportunity to see the sites. It will include a trip to the beach, and some of the popular sites and stores in the area.
When does the retreat start?
You should fly into Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas by 5 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2026. It ends after 12:30 PM on Friday, April 17.
What timezone are the calls?
Prior to the retreat in St. Thomas, we will hold calls on Zoom. The times are based on New York (EST) time.
Are there assigned rooms?
Yes. once payment is made in full, room assignments are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Preference is given to coaching clients. (Membership has its benefits.)
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes. It is recommended to safe guard your trip; however, it is your choice. You may contact Kindria for your travel and insurance needs that include your lodging in St. Thomas. Click to see a sample proposal.
Will you supply transportation to the Villa?
Yes. We will arrange pickup and drop-off at the airport in addition to transportation to our excursions. Let us know your travel arrangements so we can coordinate transportation. Note: There are taxis, but NO UBER or LYFT on the island.
Are there stairs?
Yes. Although every effort was made to find a location that is on one floor, because of St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Island's mountainous terrain, every venue has steps. Unfortunately, if you have mobility issues, this site will pose a challenge for you.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes. Please note, this is a smoke-free, alcohol-free retreat.
Is there a schedule?
Yes. Here's the tentative schedule. It will be adjusted to meet the needs of the actual attendees as we get closer to the event. NOTE: There will be a Sister Circle every evening.
Day 1: Travel / Arrive by 5 PM / Dinner

What should I bring?
Temperatures range from 80 to 90 degrees. There is a private pool at the villa. Note, it usually rains everyday, but for very brief moments (3-5 minutes).
Remember to Pack:
- sun dresses
- shorts and tops
- umbrella
- comfortable shoes
- bathing suit
- all white outfit for "Dressed for Destiny" Evening of Elegance Event
- suntan lotion

Is there a pool?
Yes. The villa comes equipped with a private pool. In addition, we will visit one of the beaches. Swim at your own risk.
May I cancel my registration?
Yes. You may cancel, but there are NO REFUNDS. Registrants may use the funds to purchase another program within 60-days of the date. Use the funds to pay for other services, or apply the money to attend a future retreat.
